With a primary focus on helping clients save and make money in real estate, I am an Atlanta native based out of West Midtown. Whether you're interested in building a rental portfolio, buying/selling a personal residence in the metro Atlanta region, or negotiating commercial leases, I'm here to assist. With over seven years of real estate experience and ongoing investments in the Atlanta markets, I stay updated on new trends and developments. Additionally, I currently manage a portfolio of ten rental properties.

Having relocated from Hong Kong to Cobb County during my teenage years, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by international individuals. I successfully graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. For the next few years, I worked as a Petroleum Engineer while simultaneously acquiring rental properties in the Metro Atlanta Area for my clients. Through this journey of purchasing, negotiating, leasing, and managing properties, I have gained invaluable experience that I am eager to share with you.

HOME BUYER REBATE FAQ'S

IS DISCLOSURE OF REBATES REQUIRED?

There is a law that requires disclosure of the rebate to all parties involved in the transaction, including the lender, seller, and attorney involved in the transaction. Therefore, it is extremely important to discuss the rebate with your lender as soon as possible.

COULD WE VISIT OPEN HOUSES AND NEW HOME COMMUNITIES?

Yes, but it's very important to list us as your buyer's agent upon the first contact with the agent. If not, the agent can claim that you were their customer and will not pay or pay a reduced commission.

WHEN WE VISITED A NEW HOME COMMUNITY, THE BUILDER'S SALES AGENT NEEDED YOUR INFORMATION FOR THE CONTRACT, WHAT WAS IT?

I HAVE ALREADY VISITED A NEW HOME COMMUNITY AND BEGUN WORKING WITH THE BUILDER/SALESPERSON. AM I STILL ELIGIBLE FOR THE REBATE?

The salesperson will need to know you would like to work with a buyer's agent. It will all depends on how far along you are in the sales process.

CAN YOU OFFER ME A LOW COST LISTING OPTION BEFORE I SELL MY HOME?
